Aside from being the Managing Partner of Levy Real Estate I work across the Capital Markets, Leasing and Development markets with a focus on the industrial sector.
The teams expertise is in London and the South East where we are heavily involved the fast moving ‘’Urban Logistics Market’’ both from a development, investment and occupational perspective.
Key areas of activity include the South Bank and the London Boroughs of Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham along with Docklands and out along the A13 Corridor where I have advised abroad range of investors ,developers and institutional clients on a consultancy and transactional basis.
The London commercial market place has seen considerable capital uplift through change of use and this has resulted in my involvement in many mixed use developments working closely with our residential team. Furthermore I have an expertise in the Capitals alternative investment sector including data centres, hotels and self-storage.
Outside work I like to ski, play tennis and watch football and rugby.

Rob Watts
Capital Markets, Self Storage and Leasing
I'm an Associate at Levy Real Estate and work across our industrial and self storage teams. My main day to day focus is on self storage development and operational investment across the UK as well as advising across our clients industrial holdings in the capital and South East.
I act in an M&A capacity on the both the buy side and sell side of transactions with extensive experience of disposing of trading businesses as well as aggregating larger portfolios for sale across the UK. I have a wide spread client base in London and advise across their industrial holdings in London and the South East.
Before Levy, I spent 3 years at Avison Young in their Global Client Services team helping to transact across EMEA and APAC markets.
Outside of work I’m unfortunately an avid Spurs fan, following them both home and away, and also enjoy a round of golf or two during the summer months.

Max Graziani
Capital Markets, Self Storage
I’m a Senior Surveyor within the Capital Markets team. My focus here at Levy is providing our clients with specialist investment advice within the Self Storage asset class.
Through our transactional experience and network of investors and operators, we can provide our clients with invaluable support to advise them within this emerging sector.
After graduating from Cass Business School, I started my career at BNP Paribas before joining JLL, where I spent 6 years based at their London office. I have worked within valuation, agency & investment before I decided to focus on alternative asset classes, specifically Self Storage.
I bring together an entrepreneurial approach with first hand transactional experience, an analytical valuation background with a deep understanding of the sector.
Outside of work I’m an avid Newcastle United fan and enjoy playing golf & padel tennis.

Ian Golbourn
Building Consultancy
I recently joined Levy as a Partner in the Building Consultancy and Project Management Team, after spending 15 years at Colliers International, three as a Director in their Building Surveying team.
I undertake the full spectrum of Building Surveying disciplines, but my specialism lies in technical due diligence (building surveys) on all manner of building types, uses and ages.
I provide detailed but commercially succinct reporting to a range of UK and foreign investors, institutions, funds and property companies, and have provided the pre-acquisition advice on a number of landmark instructions including:
The £1billion purchase of 5 Broadgate, home to UBS, in 2018, which was the largest single property transaction in the UK that year.
The £550million purchase of the Famous Art Deco Adelphi Building at 1-11 John Adam Street, for Pontegadea, owned by the founder of Zara in 2018.
The £55million purchase of Richard Branson former residence at 9 Holland Park in 2016, which was the biggest residential property sale that year.I also have extensive experience in the industrial sector, where I have helped acquire and refurbish a number of large estates across the South East, providing a complete service from acquisition.
Away from the office most of my time is spent with my young family, where we enjoy walks and pub lunches locally in Epping Forest, or in the Cotswolds when away. I enjoy watching any type of sport and reading sporting biographies.

Bethany Daughtry

I work as an Operations Associate at Levy Real Estate, where my responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks related to the general operations of Levy Real Estate. These tasks include event planning, marketing production, client coordination, and the overall smooth running of our office.
In my role, I provide crucial support to various stakeholders, including the Managing Partner, Equity Partners, and multiple teams, such as Retail, Industrial, Office, Capital Markets, and Lease Advisory. My primary objective is to ensure the seamless functioning of our operations to facilitate the delivery of exceptional work.
I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact and am constantly on the lookout for opportunities to assist the team, whether it involves organising client meetings or lending a helping hand with marketing campaigns.
I have also spearheaded the introduction of an in-house marketing production service, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for our clients. This approach allows us to offer a comprehensive, one-stop-shop service from the initial instruction to project completion, which means that a property can be on the market as soon as possible.
Outside of my professional life, you'll often find me enjoying a drink with friends at the local pub, exploring shops, or chewing someone's ear off about the latest podcasts I've been listening to.

Building and Site Acquisition Consultancy
Led by partner Ian Golbourn, the team offers a full building consultancy service including technical due diligence surveys for prospective purchasers or existing operators. Our reports are tailored to clients' needs and in addition to highlighting structural or fabric defects they encompass statutory compliance issues such as planning, building regulations, EPC’s, and deleterious materials.
Safestore Mandate
Safestore, the largest self-storage operator in the UK, retains Levy Real Estate to identify and acquire new store development opportunities and conversions within the M25. Utilising our market knowledge and expertise across all land uses the partnership has proved extremely successful resulting in Safestore increasing their market share across the capital with new stores secured in Bow, Leyton, Morden, Woodford Green, Marble Arch, Chelsea, St Johns Wood, Bermondsey & Peckham
