Aside from being the Managing Partner of Levy Real Estate I work across the Capital Markets, Leasing and Development markets with a focus on the industrial sector.

The teams expertise is in London and the South East where we are heavily involved the fast moving ‘’Urban Logistics Market’’ both from a development, investment and occupational perspective.

Key areas of activity include the South Bank and the London Boroughs of Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham along with Docklands and out along the A13 Corridor where I have advised abroad range of investors ,developers and institutional clients on a consultancy and transactional basis.

The London commercial market place has seen considerable capital uplift through change of use and this has resulted in my involvement in many mixed use developments working closely with our residential team. Furthermore I have an expertise in the Capitals alternative investment sector including data centres, hotels and self-storage.

Outside work I like to ski, play tennis and watch football and rugby.

I’m an Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and also Head of the firm’s Office Leasing and Development team.

We specialise in advising Landlord’s and developers on a range of development from new build through to refurbishment projects. We implement forward thinking marketing campaigns to secure occupiers, and handle matters all the way to legal completion. This is complemented by ad hoc leasing campaigns for various clients, and the search and acquisition of new offices for occupier businesses.

We have a particular specialism in the St James’s, Mayfair, Soho and the West End in general, as well as emerging markets such as Kings Cross and the South Bank. I advise a number of long standing clients, including The Crown Estate,.

Away from the office I like to keep fit and have run The London Marathon four times, I enjoy most sports and countryside pursuits.

I'm an Equity Partner in the Industrial Capital markets and development team specialising in Urban Logistic development and leasing with a particular focus on the London and M25 markets. Over the past 20 years I have been involved in several major redevelopment areas across the London boroughs including schemes in Kings Cross, Nine Elms, Battersea, old Kent Road and the Royal Docks.

We work closely with a range of developers and funds using our experience to help develop and lease client’s industrial holdings. My skill set includes multi-let industrial development, refurbishment and asset enhancement / re-positioning. In recent years I have focused on multi-level logistics, an emerging logistics sub sector catering for the growth in the ecommerce and parcel delivery to central London, in this area we advise global logistics developers and investors.

In my spare time I enjoy skiing, watching rugby and cricket and spending time with my family and dogs.

I am an Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and Head of Building Consultancy and Project Management Department. I am a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience.

We offer a board range of tailored advice covering commercial and residential project management, dilapidations and diligence acquisition surveys. We work for both landlords and occupiers and recent projects include the fitting out of Jupiter Assets Management office for £ 7 million, New Wine Bar for the Hambro Family, and refurbishment of the BVA head office. Although we carry out projects across the UK, the majority of our projects are in central London.

Away from the office I am a competitive sailor and will be found on the Solent or in the bars of Hamble, when not riding my bicycle following my wife on her horse in the New Forest.

I'm an Equity Partner in the Residential and Investment Department with 20 years of experience in the London property market.

I specialise in the acquisition and disposal of land and development opportunities across Central and Greater London as part of the broader Levy Capital Markets Transactions Team. I thrive on the cut and thrust nature of the transacting process and opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients. I am a Registered Valuer, have appeared as an expert witness at the High Court and am a former committee member of the Residential Development Agents Society.

I live in Hampshire with my wife, daughter and two dogs and on the rare occasion of being off the phone, I can be found cycling cross Hampshire’s hills or kitesurfing on the south coast.

I’m an Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and Head of the firm’s Retail Leasing and Capital Markets team.

We specialise in finding the best brands and operators for shop, restaurant bar, gym and cafes across Central London to enable landlord’s to maximise the value to their holdings. Key instructions include the purchase and subsequent asset management of 40 Strand for £195 Million, the leasing and asset management of the Queensway Estate on behalf of Bourne Capital and Leadenhall Market on behalf of the Corporation of London.

We have a particular specialism in the St James’s, Mayfair, Soho and West London markets, and our client base encompasses landlords who own a wide range of property across the capital.

I formerly co-led the London Lease Advisory team at Avison Young, and have extensive experience of advising landlord and occupier clients with a particular focus on the Office and Industrial sectors. My specialisms encompass dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and other advisory situations.

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and away from work my interests include triathlons, golf and his being Head Coach of Old Grammarians U15s .

I am a Partner in the Capital Markets team and have 25 years of experience in UK property and specialise in buying, selling , consulting and valuing across the investment spectrum to both UK and international investors.

I am an RICS Registered Valuer and an RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence.

I am a Director of Levy Asset Management with extensive experience of managing commercial and residential property and advising property owners and occupiers on service charge issues.

We currently have management mandates across the UK with a particular focus on Central London.

When I am not managing property, I enjoy long distance yomping, playing cricket and golf and I am an avid rugby fan.

I’m a Partner in the retail team focussing on the Central London retail and restaurant sectors.

I advise a range of clients on lease advisory, restructuring and leasing matters. Particular specialisms include providing strategic advice to clients on multi-unit estates or schemes to enhance value, securing vacant possession prior to redevelopment and acting as Expert Witness in high profile third party disputes. I work closely with the leasing team sourcing new brands and operators and am an expert on traditional and turnover leases. Over the last 18 months I’ve helped clients navigate their way through the coronavirus pandemic, restructuring c 40 retail and restaurant leases at Leadenhall Market to turnover arrangements and agreeing numerous COVID assistance packages to ensure retailers and restauranteurs receive much needed assistance and landlords keep units occupied and activated.

Outside of work I coach kids rugby at the weekend and enjoy spending time with my fiancé and two year old son. I played for the Honourable Artillery Company rugby club for many years and was a keen runner but have reluctantly had to shift my focus onto cycling and golf after sustaining a knee injury.

I am a consultant at Levy Real Estate, having previously been a partner of the firm for many years.

I provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of issues, particularly central London retail and restaurants, where I work closely with the Retail team, mainly dealing on the lease advisory side.

I am recognised as a Bond Street specialist, with clients who I have worked with including Victoria’s Secret, Canali, Galerie Bartoux, Richard Green, Mulberry and SJ Phillips, as well as private clients and Trusts.

I am a registered Valuer and a Trustee of The St James’s Conservation Trust, also being Chairman of The St James’s Neighbourhood Planning Forum.

Outside the office, I am a keen fly fisherman, enjoy playing tennis, and compete nationally at Masters swimming.

I am a Senior Surveyor in the Retail Team, covering property disposals, acquisitions, capital market transactions and lease advisory. I act for several high-profile landlords across London, including Leadenhall Market for The City Corporation, Kings Road and Fulham Road for Sloane Stanley Estates, Queensway for Bourne Capital, Villiers Street for DTZ Investors and King Street in Twickenham for Essential Living. I also advise Bellway Homes on their commercial portfolio across Greater London.

Outside of the office I love to travel, and I have had memorable trips to India, Australia and New Zealand.

I’m a Property Management Accountant at Levy Asset Management.

We specialise in looking after our client’s funds for both rent income and service charge expenditure. We report a cash element on a monthly and quarterly basis for a number of key clients in the London property sector.

I have over 25 years’ accounting experience working in the real estate property sector. And have worked with major property investors and developers over the years. Which including Legal & General, Prudential, Hill Samuel, Land Securities, BNP Paribas Estate and Savills. Along with smaller run established partnerships including E A Shaw and George Trollope.

Away from the office in my spare time I have been involved in finding lost TV programmes through the BFI and BAFTA and the BBC and ITV companies for the last 10 years. Some of the programmes returned recently includes Top of the Pops, Frankie Howard and Pinky & Perky to name just a few. I also enjoy library music, live music and collecting cult 35mm feature films on celluloid. Along with foreign travel, visiting historic places and art galleries

I'm an Associate at Levy Real Estate and work across our industrial and self storage teams. My main day to day focus is on self storage development and operational investment across the UK as well as advising across our clients industrial holdings in the capital and South East.

I act in an M&A capacity on the both the buy side and sell side of transactions with extensive experience of disposing of trading businesses as well as aggregating larger portfolios for sale across the UK. I have a wide spread client base in London and advise across their industrial holdings in London and the South East.

Before Levy, I spent 3 years at Avison Young in their Global Client Services team helping to transact across EMEA and APAC markets.

Outside of work I’m unfortunately an avid Spurs fan, following them both home and away, and also enjoy a round of golf or two during the summer months.

I’m a Partner in the Lease Advisory team at Levy Real Estate. I was previously at Avison Young where I started my career in 2013.

My experience and knowledge lies in advising both landlord and occupier clients on their rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and other key asset management opportunities. My main area of specialism lies within the industrial and office sectors. Some of my key clients include Logicor, Capital Industrial and Valor Real Estate Partners.

I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Away from work my main interests include keeping fit, continuing to learn golf and watching / playing football.

I recently joined Levy as a Partner in the Building Consultancy and Project Management Team, after spending 15 years at Colliers International, three as a Director in their Building Surveying team.

I undertake the full spectrum of Building Surveying disciplines, but my specialism lies in technical due diligence (building surveys) on all manner of building types, uses and ages.

I provide detailed but commercially succinct reporting to a range of UK and foreign investors, institutions, funds and property companies, and have provided the pre-acquisition advice on a number of landmark instructions including:

The £1billion purchase of 5 Broadgate, home to UBS, in 2018, which was the largest single property transaction in the UK that year.
The £550million purchase of the Famous Art Deco Adelphi Building at 1-11 John Adam Street, for Pontegadea, owned by the founder of Zara in 2018.
The £55million purchase of Richard Branson former residence at 9 Holland Park in 2016, which was the biggest residential property sale that year.

I also have extensive experience in the industrial sector, where I have helped acquire and refurbish a number of large estates across the South East, providing a complete service from acquisition.

Away from the office most of my time is spent with my young family, where we enjoy walks and pub lunches locally in Epping Forest, or in the Cotswolds when away. I enjoy watching any type of sport and reading sporting biographies.

I am a commercial property manager working within the management team at Levy having joined in October 2022.

My role involves managing client assets across the UK with a focus on Central London. My clients consist of private individuals, trusts, and large multinationals. I carry out all aspects of the management process including inspections, reporting to clients and service charge budget preparation.

I am a Partner at Levy Real Estate working within the Project Management and Building Consultancy Team.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience, I provide my Clients with professional and considered advice in core the surveying disciplines. I specialise in Project Management and Contract Administration, with expertise in commercial fit-outs and high-end residential refurbishments.

I am a keen cyclist, who endures the battle of the daily commute; however, my real passion is mountain biking, hitting the trails whenever possible, if I’m not riding at the weekend, I’m usually in training for various endurance running events.

With over 30 years of hands on property experience, I return to Levy having been a Partner at Montagu Evans where I was Head of the Central London Property Management team. Clients included Canada Life, Rocket Properties, Newmark Properties and a handful of Local Authorities where I was responsible for the repurposing their recently acquired shopping centres along with the curation of the Town Centres.

In addition I have over 17 years property asset and  fund management where I over saw a £1.5Billion Family Wealth fund. Assets included and ranged from trophy Office blocks, Central London Mix Use Estates, Retail Parks, and 180 Petrol Filling Stations located throughout the UK

Outside of work, I enjoy taking part in overseas charitable cycle rides down the Nile, across India and over to Paris. During the winter I can be found halfway up a mountain trying to keep up with my two children on skis.

I am an Assistant Property Accountant with the Asset Management team.

I joined Levy Real Estate in September 2017, and have more than ten years’ experience working within accounts and finance in the UK Property, Development & Construction, and Hospitality industries. My career has included work with Barratt London, Derwent London and Hilton Hotels.

I am responsible for dealing with the day to day financial operations of the Levy Asset Management Team, in addition to looking after the finances of a number of clients property portfolios.

Away from work, I am an avid swimmer, tennis player and like nothing more than taking my dog out for long walks.

I am a Partner in the Levy Real Estate Capital Markets team and have 18 years’ experience working in the London investment market including 15 years at Cushman & Wakefield in the Central London Investment team.

I'm a Chartered Surveyor and specialise in investment acquisitions, disposals, advisory and development consultancy across a variety of sectors including offices, retail, residential and mixed use estates. I have a broad domestic and international client base and over my career have advised on over £2.5 billion of real estate transactions within the London market.

Outside of the office, I have a wife and am a father of two girls and can often be found on a golf course, tennis court or on a bike.

I joined Levy Real Estate in February 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. With a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, I am dedicated to ensuring smooth operations in the office. In my role, I thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in my ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and I am committed to contributing to the success of the team and helping Levy achieve its goals.

My degree in Criminology and Psychology and having worked previously in property, attracted me to the role. Although they are not directly related, the skills I have gained make me a valued asset. Analytical thinking, problem solving, and understanding human behaviour are all skills that help me navigate various tasks at Levy. I am dedicated to learn and expand my skill set.

Outside of the office I love to read, cook, and travel, my most recent and memorable trips being Switzerland, Canada, and Dubai.

I am a Surveyor operating in both Levy’s Office and Retail teams. My role within these teams consists of leasing disposals and acquisitions, capital market transactions and lease advisory. I currently help each team act for several high-profile Landlords across London, including The City Corporation, Essential Living, The Crown Estate as well as numerous private landlords.

I joined Levy in November 2023 after graduating from the Reading University Real Estate masters programme with distinction. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Nottingham where I graduated with a 2.1 in Law.

Outside of work, I am an avid football fan and still play 2-3 times a week. I also love to travel and have recently completed a 4 month trip where I visited Mexico, Guatemala, Peru and Colombia.

I work as an Operations Associate at Levy Real Estate, where my responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks related to the general operations of Levy Real Estate. These tasks include event planning, marketing production, client coordination, and the overall smooth running of our office.

In my role, I provide crucial support to various stakeholders, including the Managing Partner, Equity Partners, and multiple teams, such as Retail, Industrial, Office, Capital Markets, and Lease Advisory. My primary objective is to ensure the seamless functioning of our operations to facilitate the delivery of exceptional work.

I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact and am constantly on the lookout for opportunities to assist the team, whether it involves organising client meetings or lending a helping hand with marketing campaigns.

I have also spearheaded the introduction of an in-house marketing production service, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for our clients. This approach allows us to offer a comprehensive, one-stop-shop service from the initial instruction to project completion, which means that a property can be on the market as soon as possible.

Outside of my professional life, you'll often find me enjoying a drink with friends at the local pub, exploring shops, or chewing someone's ear off about the latest podcasts I've been listening to.

I’m a Senior Surveyor within the Capital Markets team. My focus here at Levy is providing our clients with specialist investment advice within the Self Storage asset class.

Through our transactional experience and network of investors and operators, we can provide our clients with invaluable support to advise them within this emerging sector.

After graduating from Cass Business School, I started my career at BNP Paribas before joining JLL, where I spent 6 years based at their London office. I have worked within valuation, agency & investment before I decided to focus on alternative asset classes, specifically Self Storage.

I bring together an entrepreneurial approach with first hand transactional experience, an analytical valuation background with a deep understanding of the sector.

Outside of work I’m an avid Newcastle United fan and enjoy playing golf & padel tennis.

I am an Associate in the Residential Development team specialising in the acquisition and disposal of land opportunities mainly within the M25.

We work specifically in the acquisition and disposal of mixed-use developments throughout London. As a team we give advice to a broad spectrum of landowners, developers, investors, institutions and private clients with a particular expertise in change of use situation.

I completed my masters in Real Estate at Reading University, and received a BA in History from Newcastle University. I am also the Anglo-Peruvian Perudo World Champion from 2018.’

I am a Senior Surveyor in the Levy Real Estate Central London Capital Markets team. I have over four years’ experience of working in the Central London investment market having previously worked at Daniel Watney, The Howard de Walden Estate and CBRE.

I specialise in the disposal and acquisition of investment property alongside development consultancy as well as offering asset and investment management advice. I am a Chartered Surveyor and hold a certificate in Financial Modelling from Cambridge Finance. I have experience working across different sectors including offices, retail, mixed use, PBSA, and residential assets.

I graduated the University of Aberdeen Real Estate and Business Management degree and out of the office I enjoy playing a variety of sports and I compete in the occasional triathlon.

I joined Levy Real Estate in June 2017 as Executive Assistant to the Property Management and Building Consultancy teams. Having worked previously for a prior contractor of Levy Real Estate, I have the appropriate experience and necessary knowledge to be able to assist both teams with their requirements.

I have enjoyed several years of travelling around Australia and South East Asia before settling down in London where I enjoy keeping active, catching up with friends and some occasional retail therapy.

I’m a partner in the office leasing and development team, 2024 marks my 15th year in the industry and 4th year with Levy Real Estate. As a team, we offer advice on all aspects of the central London office market. This can be anything from ground up development work, freehold purchasing, comprehensive refurbishment advice, leasing campaigns, sale campaigns and asset management consultancy. We operate within the entire central London area, with a geographic focus on the West End and adjacent sub markets. I joined Levy Real Estate in September 2022 as the Executive Assistant to the Building Consultancy Team.

My degree in Architectural Technology attracted me to the role and allows me to use my knowledge to assist the team. My role includes creating marketing materials, organising events, and also offering support to the rest of the office.

Outside of work I spend my time between London and Kent. I enjoy paddleboarding when it is not freezing and skiing when it is!

I am an Associate Partner at Levy Real Estate, specialising in transactional business within the industrial and logistics sectors across the capital and the broader South-East markets advising clients such as SEGRO, Tritax, Panattoni, Mileway, Wrenbridge, IM Properties, Marchmont amongst many others over the last 15 years.

Our team advises a wide range of funds and developers, helping them maximise the value of their assets through strategic leasing campaigns, asset sales, and refurbishment projects.

Outside of work, I am an avid sports enthusiast, actively participating in golf and cricket, and I enjoy watching rugby. However, my greatest enjoyment comes from spending time with my young family.

I am a surveyor at Levy Real Estate working within the industrial team. My role consists of leasing acquisitions and disposals, lease advisory, capital markets, and development. I currently act for a range of clients such as ArchCo, IPIF, Mileway, Petchey Holdings, Capital Industrial and London Metric.

I started my property career at Oxford brooks University where I achieved a 2.1 in Real Estate (BSc). Whilst studying for my degree, I gathered experience within the property industry at companies such as JLL, Strutt and Parker, LSH, Allsop, and Petchey Holdings.

In my downtime I enjoy following an array of sports, I am also an avid skier.

I am the Head of Client Accounting for the Property Management team at Levy Real Estate.

I have recently joined Levy with over 11 years of experience in Client Accounting roles in both Serviced Office and Commercial Property Management in the UK. I have extensive experience working with Investment Clients with varied property portfolios.

My role encompasses leading our team of Property Management Accountants in providing first class accounts service to our range of Commercial and Residential clients, ensuring that all their accounts needs are met in a personal yet professional manner.

In my spare time I am an avid reader, music enthusiast and experienced globe trotter.

I joined Levy Asset Management in 2017. I oversee the credit control function and deal with client accounting and other financial matters.

Out of the office I am a Volunteer with the Metropolitan Police.

I’m an Associate in the Office Leasing and Development Team at Levy Real Estate.

I hold a BA Hons in Business Management, MSc in Real Estate and am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Since joining the firm, I have acted for a number of high profile Landlords including The Crown Estate, Transport for London, Hermes Investment Management, Apax Partners and E&A Group. I have also advised a number of well know occupiers on their relocation/tenancy strategies across a diverse range of Central London sub-markets.

Away from the office I enjoy horse riding and sailing.

I joined Levy’s Asset Management team in 2017 as a Facilities Manager. I have over 30 years’ experience in hotel engineering and building contracting. I'm responsible for the management of both commercial and residential properties across the portfolio.

In my spare time I enjoy a round of golf and am a life long supporter of Chelsea F.C.

I'm a Senior Surveyor within the Office Agency team, covering disposals and acquisitions specialising in Central London, Serviced Offices and Flexible Working. Some of my notable clients are the YMCA, The Crown Estate and numerous private London landlords.

I joined Levy Real Estate in 2021, previously having worked at Kinney Green and Ashwell London.

I'm a fan of the London Restaurant scene, and a lover of a gin.

I am a surveyor working in the Residential Development Team, who specialise in the acquisition and disposal of land opportunities mainly within the M25. Working specifically in acquisition and disposal of mixed used developments across London, we advise a variety of market participants from landowners and developers to private clients and institutions.

I completed my masters in Real Estate at Reading University in Summer 2022, having completed my undergraduate degree in Business, Economics and Finance at Loughborough University in 2021. Outside the office, I’m a keen sports fan, in particular football, rugby and tennis.

I am the Senior Surveyor in the Lease Advisory team. I joined Levy Real Estate in 2021 from British Land.

My Career has seen me focus on world class, mixed-use M25 destinations, dealing with numerous high-profile commercial property assets.

My current role encompasses advice on rent reviews & lease renewals alongside other advisory conditions with my specialism laying within the Industrial and Office sectors.

Whilst my main location emphasis is in London & the South-East, I also work within the East of England, Midlands and M4 corridor areas.

Currently I have a variety of clients which include: Logicor Europe, Mileway, Evergreen International S.A, Mannheim LLC , other private institutions and high-net worth individuals.

Outside of the office I am an enthusiastic sportsman. I have a passion for long distance running & can often be seen on a golf course or in the swimming pool. I have a keen interest in travel and have previously lived & worked overseas in Australia.

I am a surveyor working in the Levy Lease Advisory department. My role comprises providing advice to both landlords and tenants throughout rent reviews, lease renewals and any other technicalities within leases. My areas of focus are within the national industrial market, specialising in the South East and inside the M25, in addition to the Central London office market. I currently provide advice to clients such as Mileway, Logicor, Arax Properties, Capital Industrial and Precis Advisory.

I joined Levy in November 2021 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University where I obtained a 2:1 in Real Estate. Since joining, I have undertaken my Assessment of Professional Competence and became a Chartered Surveyor in May 2024.

Outside of work, I am a keen sportsman. You’ll find me watching and playing an array of sports, with football and cricket taking up a fair amount of my free time.
