The Capital Markets Team
Aside from being the Managing Partner of Levy Real Estate I work across the Capital Markets, Leasing and Development markets with a focus on the industrial sector.
The teams expertise is in London and the South East where we are heavily involved the fast moving ‘’Urban Logistics Market’’ both from a development, investment and occupational perspective.
Key areas of activity include the South Bank and the London Boroughs of Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham along with Docklands and out along the A13 Corridor where I have advised abroad range of investors ,developers and institutional clients on a consultancy and transactional basis.
The London commercial market place has seen considerable capital uplift through change of use and this has resulted in my involvement in many mixed use developments working closely with our residential team. Furthermore I have an expertise in the Capitals alternative investment sector including data centres, hotels and self-storage.
Outside work I like to ski, play tennis and watch football and rugby.
Central London Investment
I am a Partner in the Capital Markets team and have 25 years of experience in UK property and specialise in buying, selling , consulting and valuing across the investment spectrum to both UK and international investors.
I am an RICS Registered Valuer and an RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence.
Outside of the office I am a dedicated cyclist, occasional racer and time trialler.
I'm an Equity Partner in the Industrial Capital markets and development team specialising in Urban Logistic development and leasing with a particular focus on the London and M25 markets. Over the past 20 years I have been involved in several major redevelopment areas across the London boroughs including schemes in Kings Cross, Nine Elms, Battersea, old Kent Road and the Royal Docks.
We work closely with a range of developers and funds using our experience to help develop and lease client’s industrial holdings. My skill set includes multi-let industrial development, refurbishment and asset enhancement / re-positioning. In recent years I have focused on multi-level logistics, an emerging logistics sub sector catering for the growth in the ecommerce and parcel delivery to central London, in this area we advise global logistics developers and investors.
In my spare time I enjoy skiing, watching rugby and cricket and spending time with my family and dogs.
I'm an Equity Partner in the Residential and Investment Department with 20 years of experience in the London property market.
I specialise in the acquisition and disposal of land and development opportunities across Central and Greater London as part of the broader Levy Capital Markets Transactions Team. I thrive on the cut and thrust nature of the transacting process and opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients. I am a Registered Valuer, have appeared as an expert witness at the High Court and am a former committee member of the Residential Development Agents Society.
I live in Hampshire with my wife, daughter and two dogs and on the rare occasion of being off the phone, I can be found cycling cross Hampshire’s hills or kitesurfing on the south coast.

Key instructions include the purchase and subsequent asset management of 40 Strand for £195 Million, the leasing and asset management of the Queensway Estate on behalf of Bourne Capital and Leadenhall Market on behalf of the Corporation of London.

As a team, we specialise in all areas of Agency, Investment and Development within the Industrial sector across Greater London and the Home Counties. We advise and assist various funds and institutions, alongside a significant number of PropCo’s with both their acquisition and disposal requirements.
I completed the undergraduate course In Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University. In my spare time, I am a keen follower of Harlequins RFC and enjoy a variety of sports such as Rugby and Skiing.

I’m a partner in the office leasing and development team, 2023 marks my 14th year in the industry and 3rd year with Levy Real Estate. As a team, we offer advice on all aspects of the central London office market. This can be anything from ground up development work, freehold purchasing, comprehensive refurbishment advice, leasing campaigns, sale campaigns and asset management consultancy. We operate within the entire central London area, with a geographic focus on the West End and adjacent sub markets. I am a Partner in the Levy Real Estate Capital Markets team and have 18 years’ experience working in the London investment market including 15 years at Cushman & Wakefield in the Central London Investment team.
I'm a Chartered Surveyor and specialise in investment acquisitions, disposals, advisory and development consultancy across a variety of sectors including offices, retail, residential and mixed use estates. I have a broad domestic and international client base and over my career have advised on over £2.5 billion of real estate transactions within the London market.
Outside of the office, I have a wife and am a father of two girls and can often be found on a golf course, tennis court or on a bike.
Central London Investment
I am a Senior Surveyor in the Levy Real Estate Central London Capital Markets team. I have over four years’ experience of working in the Central London investment market having previously worked at Daniel Watney, The Howard de Walden Estate and CBRE.
I specialise in the disposal and acquisition of investment property alongside development consultancy as well as offering asset and investment management advice. I am a Chartered Surveyor and hold a certificate in Financial Modelling from Cambridge Finance. I have experience working across different sectors including offices, retail, mixed use, PBSA, and residential assets.
I graduated the University of Aberdeen Real Estate and Business Management degree and out of the office I enjoy playing a variety of sports and I compete in the occasional triathlon.
