Matt Sharman
I'm an Equity Partner in the Residential and Investment Department with 20 years of experience in the London property market.
I specialise in the acquisition and disposal of land and development opportunities across Central and Greater London as part of the broader Levy Capital Markets Transactions Team. I thrive on the cut and thrust nature of the transacting process and opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients. I am a Registered Valuer, have appeared as an expert witness at the High Court and am a former committee member of the Residential Development Agents Society.
I live in Hampshire with my wife, daughter and two dogs and on the rare occasion of being off the phone, I can be found cycling cross Hampshire’s hills or kitesurfing on the south coast.

Will Grant
I’m a Chartered Surveyor, Partner and development adviser in the Residential Development & Investment team with over 15 years of experience in the London market. I recently joined Levy Real Estate from JLL, where I was a Senior Director and was responsible for transacting over £3bn in land value, capable of delivering over 4,000 new homes.
I tend to focus on high density “Living-led” sites throughout the 32 London boroughs. This includes the full spectrum of housing types, including Private Sale, Coliving, Multifamily / Build-to-Rent, Affordable Housing, Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), and Later Living.
Our clients are both corporate and private landlords, typically looking to optimise the value of their land holdings through a variety of town planning promotion, design, development management and marketing initiatives.
We also provide brokerage, site finding and valuation advice to a wide range of investors and developers seeking to acquire unconditional, consented and conditional opportunities, as well as residential investments, utilising our best in class market knowledge.
In 2013 I was awarded the Estate Gazette’s Young Property Personality of the Year.
I live in the Nine Elms area, and in my spare time can be found on a bike, skis or playing hockey for Oxted HC and the RICS.

Kit Haig
I am a Graduate Surveyor in the Capital Markets team, specialising in Residential advice at Levy Real Estate.
We work specifically in the acquisition and disposal of mixed-use developments throughout London. As a team we give advice to a broad spectrum of landowners, developers, investors, institutions and private clients with a particular expertise in change of use situation.
I completed my masters in Real Estate at Reading University, and received a BA in History from Newcastle University. Currently I am studying for my Assessment of Professional Competence and, away from the office, I enjoy playing football and cricket.
