Tors Hayward
I work as an associate in our Retail Leasing & Development team. Prior to moving to Levy in 2017, I worked at Savills and Orme Retail. I studied for a Masters in Real Estate at the University of Reading.
My expertise and enjoyment of my job lies in advising landlords on their retail and leisure strategy for both their agency and investments. Key projects that I am working on include the placemaking of Villiers Street for DTZ Investors, Regeneration of Queensway for Bourne Capital and redevelopment of Golden Square for Titan Investments.
Despite a nasty fall on the Prudential Ride 100, I found a new hobby in cycling. Other interests include skiing, tennis and anything involving seeing friends.

Rob Watts
I'm a Graduate Surveyor at Levy Real Estate and predominantly work within the Agency and Professional teams.
I assist the Professional team in providing advice to landlords with advisory matters and offer leasing and investment strategy to both landlords and occupiers within the M25 & Central London.
I am also currently studying towards my Accredited Professional Competence.
Outside of work I’m unfortunately an avid Spurs fan, following them both home and away, and also enjoy a round of golf or two during the summer months.

Lease Advisory
Our lease advisory team has extensive experience advising both landlords and tenants on the rent reviews and lease renewals, acting on properties across Central London. As experienced negotiators, with a fully up-to-date knowledge of case law, we are able to obtain excellent results on behalf of clients.
All clients are provided with detailed advice, with regular contact from senior team members who personally handle each case. On all Lease Advisory projects, we take care to understand the needs of the client and treat the event as an opportunity to add value.
We regularly produce Expert Reports to Arbitrators and Independent Experts, liaising with leading Counsel on legal disputes and providing a comprehensive case management service. The team also has two members who are regularly appointed by the RICS to act as Arbitrator or Independent Expert in rental disputes, as well as two Registered Valuers to provide formal rental and capital valuations.

Roger Sharpley
I am a consultant at Levy Real Estate, having previously been a partner of the firm for many years.
I provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of issues, particularly central London retail and restaurants, where I work closely with the Retail team, mainly dealing on the lease advisory side.
I am recognised as a Bond Street specialist, with clients who I have worked with including Victoria’s Secret, Canali, Galerie Bartoux, Richard Green, Mulberry and SJ Phillips, as well as private clients and Trusts.
I am a registered Valuer and a Trustee of The St James’s Conservation Trust, also being Chairman of The St James’s Neighbourhood Planning Forum.
Outside the office, I am a keen fly fisherman, enjoy playing tennis, and compete nationally at Masters swimming.

Maggie Stobo
As a Consultant to Levy Real Estate, I provide lease advisory services to the Retail team. I advise and represent landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews and lease renewals and act as an expert witness where disputes are referred to Court or to third party.
I am experienced in rental and capital valuations of most sectors of commercial property but in recent years my main focus has been in retail, restaurant and mixed-use properties in Central London,
As an experienced arbitrator and independent expert, I regularly receive appointments on behalf of the President of RICS and also by private agreement to decide rent review disputes and lease renewals under PACT.
In my spare time I like to be flexible (pilates) and fun (skiing, singing, cooking).
