Aside from being the Managing Partner of Levy Real Estate I work across the Capital Markets, Leasing and Development markets with a focus on the industrial sector.
The teams expertise is in London and the South East where we are heavily involved the fast moving ‘’Urban Logistics Market’’ both from a development, investment and occupational perspective.
Key areas of activity include the South Bank and the London Boroughs of Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham along with Docklands and out along the A13 Corridor where I have advised abroad range of investors ,developers and institutional clients on a consultancy and transactional basis.
The London commercial market place has seen considerable capital uplift through change of use and this has resulted in my involvement in many mixed use developments working closely with our residential team. Furthermore I have an expertise in the Capitals alternative investment sector including data centres, hotels and self-storage.
Outside work I like to ski, play tennis and watch football and rugby.

I'm an Equity Partner in the Industrial Capital markets and development team specialising in Urban Logistic development and leasing with a particular focus on the London and M25 markets. Over the past 20 years I have been involved in several major redevelopment areas across the London boroughs including schemes in Kings Cross, Nine Elms, Battersea, old Kent Road and the Royal Docks.
We work closely with a range of developers and funds using our experience to help develop and lease client’s industrial holdings. My skill set includes multi-let industrial development, refurbishment and asset enhancement / re-positioning. In recent years I have focused on multi-level logistics, an emerging logistics sub sector catering for the growth in the ecommerce and parcel delivery to central London, in this area we advise global logistics developers and investors.
In my spare time I enjoy skiing, watching rugby and cricket and spending time with my family and dogs.
I am an Associate at Levy Real Estate and a member of the Capital Markets Team, specialising in Industrial Agency, Investment and Development.
As a team, we specialise in all areas of Agency, Investment and Development within the Industrial sector across Greater London and the Home Counties. We advise and assist various funds and institutions, alongside a significant number of PropCo’s with both their acquisition and disposal requirements.
I completed the undergraduate course In Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University. In my spare time, I am a keen follower of Harlequins RFC and enjoy a variety of sports such as Rugby and Skiing.

I'm a Senior Surveyor at Levy Real Estate and work in an agency capacity within the self storage and industrial teams focusing on operational real estate across the UK and industrial property in the capital and South East.
In a M&A capacity, I act on the both the buy side and sell side with experience in the disposal of several trading assets as well as larger portfolios across the UK. I am also active in sourcing development and conversion opportunities across the UK and act on behalf of several landlord client's advising on their industrial holdings across London.
Before Levy, I spent 3 years at Avison Young in their Global Client Services team helping to transact across EMEA and APAC markets.
Outside of work I’m unfortunately an avid Spurs fan, following them both home and away, and also enjoy a round of golf or two during the summer months.

I’m an Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and head of the Lease Advisory Team.
I formerly co-led the London Lease Advisory team at Avison Young, and have extensive experience of advising landlord and occupier clients with a particular focus on the Office and Industrial sectors. My specialisms encompass dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and other advisory situations.
I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and away from work my interests include triathlons, golf and his being Head Coach of Old Grammarians U15s .
I’m a Partner in the Lease Advisory team at Levy Real Estate. I was previously at Avison Young where I started my career in 2013.
My experience and knowledge lies in advising both landlord and occupier clients on their rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and other key asset management opportunities. My main area of specialism lies within the industrial and office sectors. Some of my key clients include Logicor, Capital Industrial and Valor Real Estate Partners.
I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Away from work my main interests include keeping fit, continuing to learn golf and watching / playing football.
I am a surveyor at Levy real estate, working predominantly within the retail and industrial teams. My role consists of leasing acquisitions and disposals, lease advisory, capital markets, and development. I currently act for a range of clients such as ArchCo, IPIF, Mileway, City of London Corporation, and Bellway Homes.
I started my property career at Oxford brooks University where I achieved a 2.1 in Real Estate (BSc). Whilst studying for my degree, I gathered experience within the property industry at companies such as JLL, Strutt and Parker, LSH, Allsop, and Petchey Holdings. I am now working to further my experience and skills to complete the assessment of professional competence.
In my downtime I enjoy following an array of sports, I am also an avid skier.
I recently joined Levy as a Partner in the Building Consultancy and Project Management Team, after spending 15 years at Colliers International, three as a Director in their Building Surveying team.
I undertake the full spectrum of Building Surveying disciplines, but my specialism lies in technical due diligence (building surveys) on all manner of building types, uses and ages.
I provide detailed but commercially succinct reporting to a range of UK and foreign investors, institutions, funds and property companies, and have provided the pre-acquisition advice on a number of landmark instructions including:
The £1billion purchase of 5 Broadgate, home to UBS, in 2018, which was the largest single property transaction in the UK that year.
The £550million purchase of the Famous Art Deco Adelphi Building at 1-11 John Adam Street, for Pontegadea, owned by the founder of Zara in 2018.
The £55million purchase of Richard Branson former residence at 9 Holland Park in 2016, which was the biggest residential property sale that year.
I also have extensive experience in the industrial sector, where I have helped acquire and refurbish a number of large estates across the South East, providing a complete service from acquisition.
Away from the office most of my time is spent with my young family, where we enjoy walks and pub lunches locally in Epping Forest, or in the Cotswolds when away. I enjoy watching any type of sport and reading sporting biographies.
