Simon Tann
I’m an Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and also Head of the firm’s Office Leasing and Development team.
We specialise in advising Landlord’s and developers on a range of development from new build through to refurbishment projects. We implement forward thinking marketing campaigns to secure occupiers, and handle matters all the way to legal completion. This is complemented by ad hoc leasing campaigns for various clients, and the search and acquisition of new offices for occupier businesses.
We have a particular specialism in the St James’s, Mayfair, Soho and the West End in general, as well as emerging markets such as Kings Cross and the South Bank. I advise a number of long standing clients, including The Crown Estate,.
Away from the office I like to keep fit and have run The London Marathon four times, I enjoy most sports and countryside pursuits.

I hold a BA Hons in Business Management, MSc in Real Estate and am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Since joining the firm, I have acted for a number of high profile Landlords including The Crown Estate, Transport for London, Hermes Investment Management, Apax Partners and E&A Group. I have also advised a number of well know occupiers on their relocation/tenancy strategies across a diverse range of Central London sub-markets.
Away from the office I enjoy horse riding and sailing.

Harry Cormack
I’m a partner in the office leasing and development team, 2019 will mark my 10th year in the industry. As a team, we offer detailed advice within all aspects of the central London office market, including development, leasing, purchasing, refurbishment and asset management consultancy and with a particular geographic focus on the core West End areas. We have the experience, contacts and depth of market knowledge to offer both landlords and occupiers insight into the marketplace, subsequently followed by the reasoned consultancy advice and direction required to achieve our clients targets, whether it be purchasing or leasing your new office, refurbishing and letting your building, acquiring a new asset or indeed managing current assets to maximise financial performance, we can help.
Outside the office I’m a keen England rugby fan, trying to get to Twickenham as much as possible, skiing fanatic who enjoys time in the Alps in both the winter and summer, classic & modern car enthusiast and love to get out of London to the countryside whenever possible at the weekends.

I’m an Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and head of the Lease Advisory Team.
I formerly co-led the London Lease Advisory team at Avison Young, and have extensive experience of advising landlord and occupier clients with a particular focus on the Office and Industrial sectors. My specialisms encompass dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and other advisory situations.
I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and away from work my interests include triathlons, golf and his being Head Coach of Old Grammarians U15s .
