The team are pleased to have completed the off-market acquisition of a prominent self storage site in Woodford, East London for Safestore.

The 0.85 acre site was acquired on a subject to planning basis, from Galliard Homes.

Safestore received planning permission in October of this year for a three storey self storage facility that will front prominently onto Charlie Brown’s roundabout and the Chigwell Road.

The new facility will be developed with landscaped customer parking, a modern customer reception area and sustainability features such as photovoltaics panels.

The acquisition further strengthens our involvement in the self storage sector and highlights the team’s ability to unearth off-market opportunities for our clients.
