Our Lease Advisory Team is recruiting for a Surveyor.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in dealing with Landlord and Tenant negotiations and rent reviews with at least 1-year post qualification experience.

The position would include the following:

✅ Lease advisory surveyor dealing with rent review and lease renewals within the industrial and office markets
✅ High level of autonomy for the right candidate the role will include inspecting and measuring the properties, reporting to the client and negotiating with counterparts
✅ Direct contact with clients

The office properties we deal with tend to be London-focused. The industrial properties are located nationally.

We have a high workload at present, so business development is not required. However, if the ideal candidate has a desire and ability to generate their own business this will be encouraged
