Acting on behalf of Valor Real Estate Partners, the team are pleased to have completed the letting of a newly refurbished 24,500 sq. ft. warehouse in Leyton, East London.

The self-contained building was acquired by Valor in 2021 and successfully pre-let to Ole & Steen, the well known Danish Bakery, following a comprehensive refurbishment of the building.
