Acting on behalf of Travis Perkins, the site comprised a vacant 3.47 acre former Gas Works, which has been acquired unconditionally by LIDL GB.  LIDL will be bringing an exciting mixed use redevelopment of the site, combining high quality retail space and new residential homes to the LB Bromley.
