Rob Watts in our urban logistics team successfully acted on behalf of Travis Perkins on their recent acquisition of Selsdon Goods Yard, Croydon.

The 6.25 acre site in Selsdon will accommodate a major new Travis Perkins facility providing an enhanced range of building materials and value-added services for construction customers.

The site, which is split into seven plots, was purchased from The Arch Company on a 146-year head lease and is part of the Group’s long term property development strategy to invest in sites for the Group’s businesses to create destination branches delivering enhanced product ranges and value-added services for trade customers.
