Highlights include BREEAM ‘Excellent’, a 100% electric building and enhanced air filtration and CO2 monitoring and control, as well as an EPC rating of ‘A’. The reception has been reconfigured by March & White to provide a hotel style club lounge space which all occupiers will benefit from.
