Acting on behalf of Safestore, Levy Real Estate have successfully completed on the purchase of the Old Jamaica Road Business Centre, a reversionary Multi Let Industrial Investment in the heart of Bermondsey.

Situated alongside Safestore’s existing Bermondsey self-storage facility this was a strategic purchase for the company paying £490 per sq. ft for the current GIA 14,255 sq. ft situated on 0.62 acres.
