We are pleased to have acted on behalf of the City of London Corporation on the recent lease re-gear with Reiss at Leadenhall Market in the City of London.

Reiss have signed up to a new 5 year lease, subject to a break at year 3 and will be paying a turnover linked rent, subject to a base rent.

The City Corporation have offered all tenants the option of turnover linked lease as part of a wider COVID assistance package.
