Acting on behalf of the client Capital Industrial, the team are delighted to have advised on the leasing of three c15,000 sq ft units. Two of the units were let to Dornan Engineering, who the team had previously let a unit on Powergate Park in 2023 to and the other 15,000 sq ft was let to a local occupier.

The trio of lettings add to our recent track record in Park Royal where we have agreed the 50,000 sq ft Panalux building in Park Royal on behalf of GLP and 7,000 sq ft on Oakwood Business Park.
