We are pleased to have acquired a c.105,000 sq ft office building (with ground floor retail) in Southwark for a joint venture with Maya Capital and AnaCap.

The new 64,000 sq ft, eight-storey hotel will be built on the site of the existing car park to the rear of the office building at 160 Blackfriars Road. The hotel has been pre-let to Ruby Hotels on a 30-year lease, subject to annually compounded upwards only rent reviews linked to CPI.
