London Metric buys Norbury site

We are pleased to have sold 1.13 acre site with 25,806 sq ft of Vacant Possession to London Metric on behalf of Goldcrest Land PLC.

We had a Levy team complement involved with Matt Sharman, Simon Higgins, Jeremy Grundy, and Will Edgely in the transaction and Ian Golbourn currently undertaking the refurbishment works for London Metric. This Vacant Possession sale demonstrates the strength of the urban logistics market within the M25.

The site will be retained for industrial warehouse use.
