Levy Real Estate achieves record rent on St James’s Street

Levy Real Estate have recently let the 2nd floor at 60 St James’s Street to Christies International Real Estate.

Samantha Jones who acts on behalf of the Landlord comments: “The building has been comprehensively refurbished to a high standard, which is reflected in the calibre of tenants it has attracted, this follows on from the letting we completed earlier in the year on the 7th floor of this property which achieved a recording setting rent for St James’s Street.”
