Lebanese restaurant, Maison du Mezze, has taken a ground floor restaurant at 151 Wardour Street in London’s Soho.

Levy Real Estate’s Retail team advised Thor Equities on the letting of the unit which comprises 4,789 sq ft across ground floor and basement at a stepped rent which will reach £600,000pa in the fifth year of the lease.

Head of Levy Retail, Matt Paulson-Ellis, comments: “This letting will see the opening of Maison du Mezze’s second outlet in the West End and was completed prior to the entire building being sold to a private investor for £49m”.

Other tenants include the Hummingbird Bakery and L’ETO Caffe.
