Blackfish Capital Management has chosen 2 Duke Street in London’s St James’s for its new offices.

The investment firm has taken 980 sq ft on the first floor of the building on a five-year lease at a rent of £90 per sq ft. Samantha Jones of Levy’s Office leasing team which advised Chantor Properties on the letting comments: “St James’s remains a very popular location for private equity and hedge funds.

“Only two floors now remain in this recently refurbished property.”
