Levy Real Estate have completed the sale of Fort Box Self Storage and their 2 “metro” style Central London facilities in St Johns Wood and Chelsea.

Started by Hugh Knowles and Ian Connolly in 2007 these leasehold facilities have been purchased for £13.6m by Safestore along with the Long Leasehold interest in the St Johns Wood centre in William Court.

Both facilities are situated in former car parks providing a combined MLA of circa 37,000 sq. ft
