2-10 Ossory Road, owned by Pocket Living, was let to a TV & Film producer on flexible terms enabling Pocket Living the ability to exercise their planning consent to redevelop the site in the mid term. The letting of the unit follows on from our successful disposal of the same unit previously.

The team also agreed the letting of Unit 19 Newington Industrial Estate on behalf of the longstanding client Capital Industrial. The letting was agreed on a 10 year term and achieved a new record headline rent for the estate. During the refurbishment of the property, the client was also able to improve the EPC of the unit to a grade ‘B’ future proofing the property for the incoming tenant in the years to come.
