JLL & Levy Real Estate have advised in the leasing of Carriage House, City North in Finsbury Park to the Multiple Sclerosis Society

The Multiple Sclerosis Society has announced their impending move to City North, a new development which is situated in the heart of Finsbury Park. The MS Society will be based in Carriage House, where they will occupy circa 9,500 sq ft of office space.

City North is an urban mixed-use development which has been identified as a cornerstone of regeneration for the local area, offering 35,000 sq ft of new Grade A office space. Situated just a few feet away from the purpose-built new entrance to Finsbury Park station, the development benefits from strong connectivity links, with King’s Cross St Pancras and Oxford Circus both less than ten minutes away by tube.

The scheme has attracted a range of new retail and leisure operators including Gymbox, Gail’s, Honest Burger, Marks & Spencer and a Picturehouse Cinema, and benefits from a number of open spaces in the local area. These outdoor spaces along with the area’s strong connectivity, position Finsbury Park as a strong alternative to a West End or City location.

The MS Society’s uptake of space in the City North is highly significant as it marks the first office letting in the development, also bringing the charity closer to Central London.

Simon Tann Head of our Office Team, who handled the letting, commented: “We are delighted to welcome such an established and highly regarded charity as the MS Society to the development and it is an endorsement of both the style and quality of the office accommodation on offer, and the vibrant and accessible location that is Finsbury Park. We have strong interest in the remainder of the development and hope to announce further lettings shortly.”

JLL and Levy Real Estate acted as joint agents for City North Finsbury Park ( a joint venture between Telford Homes and Business Design Centre Group). Cluttons acted for the MS Society.
