he lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories brand group, VF, is to occupy the whole of Estates & Agency’s Axtell Soho development in London.

It has taken a 10-year lease of the 15,000 sq ft building which is on the corner of Warwick Street and Beak Street in the heart of the Soho.

Simon Tann of Levy Real Estate – who was responsible for the letting – comments: “Axtell Soho’s combination of leading-edge design, a Soho location, stunning offices, terraces and a rooftop garden space were key to attracting an occupier of VF’s calibre”.

The building will accommodate the VF marketing team and also will provide brand and product presentation showrooms. VF is due to take occupation next Spring.

Martino Scabbia Guerrini, VF EMEA Group President, commented: “Axtell Soho is a beautifully crafted building in one of the world most vibrant and forward-thinking locations in central London.

“The close interaction between this facility and our VF brand stores in Regent Street, Oxford Street and Carnaby Street will also create the opportunity to amplify and evolve the engagement with final consumers.”

Letting agents for the scheme were Levy Real Estate and LDG Commercial.

The scheme was project manged by Fraser Randall, and the lead contractor was RED Construction.
