6 Cavendish Square – Final Letting & Full Occupancy

The final letting has now completed at 6 Cavendish Square, on behalf of our client Columbia Threadneedlle Investments.

We were involved from the initial stages of the scheme’s development and design concept. This was a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire office element of the 5-storey property, behind the retained traditional Georgian façade.

The building offered 7,586 sq ft of luxurious and modern office spaces, created by Switch Workplace Interiors.

We have let the entirety of the building, to a combination of financial and property companies, and the instruction is fully occupied within ten months.
