Two units let on Jaggard Way, Balham for Patrizia

Acting on behalf of the client Patrizia, the team are pleased to have disposed of two refurbished units on Jaggard Way. Both units 28 and 30 were agreed to local occupiers on long term leases, with the team achieving a new headline rent for the estate.

The Patrizia owned estate, Jaggard Way, is located in Balham and now hosts a number of SME’s and local businesses.
