On behalf of The Arch Company, the team are pleased to have disposed of two centrally located arches in Waterloo.

In November, the team agreed the letting of 200 Hercules Road to a well known butchers. The 4,000 Sq. Ft. unit will be used as a base to serve their Central London customers in the hotel and restaurant sectors.

Shortly following the successfully leasing of 200 Hercules Road, the team agreed terms at 195 Hercules Road to a multi-national events / production business. Both tenants have agreed to long term leases on Hercules Road and have helped to improve the tenant profile across the estate.
