Industrial Team completes on 15,000 Sq Ft in Waterloo

The team are pleased to have completed two separate industrial deals in Waterloo.

Acting on behalf of The Arch Company, we have successfully agreed deals on Hercules Road to well know trade occupier, Screwfix and a Central London butchery, who supply London’s high end hotels and restaurants.

The transactions, amounting to 15,000 Sq. Ft., add to our successful track record in the area with further units also under offer.
