Building Consultancy: LIPS fit out

LIPS Healthcare is a modern, premium private healthcare provider in London, offering broad specialist services, convenient access and flexible payment/insurance options. Levy Real Estate were both acquired and appointed as lead project managers for the fitting out works of three retail units within Battersea Power Station. Certainly, an interesting and challenging project to undertake the fitting out of a medical facility within a listed and active shopping centre. We’re pleased to confirm, following on from this project, we have been appointed to refurbish the adjacent unit within the Power Station with an estimated instruction cost of £2m.
