Business Rates: Evergreen House

Evergreen Marine UK instructed Levy Real Estate to review the accuracy and fairness of the Business Rates assessments at their UK headquarters on Euston Road. Following a detailed review, several appeals were lodged to de-rate multiple floors that had undergone refurbishment during the 2023 Rating List period. The appeals were successfully settled, resulting in a substantial backdated rates rebate from Camden Council. Levy Real Estate continues to advise the client, including handling appeals against Completion Notices issued by Camden Council to ensure that refurbished floors are not assessed prematurely.
