Residential: Boden House & Websters Yard
Levy Real Estate played a pivotal role in the successful disposal of Boden House and Websters Yard, North Acton. Designated for residential led redevelopment, the site comprised Boden’s HQ building and a separate former goods yard let to HS2. A project team was appointed to provide a planning and development underwrite including residential and wider living uses and following off market negotiations, terms were agreed for the unconditional disposal of the site to the OPDC.
