Eastway, Bromley-by-Bow, E3
Advised by Levy Real Estate, Danescroft Land and Palmer Capital acquired what was formally Access House, a 2.36 acre/ 0.99 hectare derelict site unconditionally for £13.5m.
Working with a broader project team including Assael Architects, Arcadis and Hoare Lee, planning permission was granted for a bespoke PRS scheme of 491 residential units in addition to 38,000 sq ft of flexible community and workspace. The scheme comprised 5 blocks of between 9 and 27 storeys opposite Bromley by Bow tube station and overlooking the River Lea.
Levy Real Estate was engaged on behalf of Danescroft Land and Palmer Capital to identify potential exit options and following a targeted engagement of both PRS investors and developers, the site was sold to Guinness Housing Trust for £47.5m.
